We have been able to do quite a number of blog posts recently – mainly because we do not travel as much during the summer. When we are on the road at shows & visiting dealer stores, our time is very limited.

However, it did occur to us that perhaps we need to ask:

Please send us a comment below indicating your preference. We value the feedback and will try as far as possible to accommodate the wishes of the majority – so here’s a chance to voice your opinion…………

Many thanks.

Found your site! Have never used a blog before! In itself something to learn while continuing to work on and enjoy my MB4 machines. Keep up the good work and keep on posting! As often as is possible
Would you be willing to do a blog sometime on embroidery patterns that need more than one hooping?

I agree with Jandy…I also have a 7700 and would love to see more how to’s for it. More I learn more I buy and use.

Liz– thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. I check the blog daily and am always sooo glad to see your posts. I , personally, would like to see posts more than once a week and I have been thoroughly enjoying all the posts so far this summer. You always have very unique and inspirational projects and ideas that provide a spark for my own creativityThe time that you spend to provide all the project instructions is greatly appreciated.

I have just completed a small quilted handbag using the new Acufil software– I absolutely love it. I like the idea that items such as zipper trimmings can be used creatively to prevent them from ending up in the landfill. I would like to see more of this. I make many of my Christmas gifts and I like simple but elegant and practical items– the bag that you made using the decorative stitches and leftover fabric is right up my alley. I like being able to create something fantastic with what is available at my fingertips — at a minimal cost.

    Thank you again.

    Once a week

I love every blog that comes from Janome! I would love to see one every day, but every week would be better than monthly.
I have the 12000 and I love the projects Liz comes up with.

I don’t mind blog posts more than once a week but my interests lie with the MC7700 rather than embroidery and digitizing side of things. If a post isn’t relevant to me I can delete it, so keep them coming, I enjoy hearing from you.

  8. Jandy says:

I would love to see a post once a week. My machine is a 7700 and of course things that are specific to it really get my attention, but so does anything quilting! Thankyou, looking forward to the next post!

I love receiving them at least weekly if not more…always something interesting…

Oh I’d like to see the posts at least weekly if possible! I learn so much and get so inspired by you especially utilizing my 12000 as you show!!

I enjoy your sense of humour, and your enthusiasm. Please blog at least once a month – or more – if you have time. I belong to a bunch of Janome lists and I’ve seen your blog entries referenced, so I know you have an appreciative audience.

  13. Wallie says:

Once to twice a month would be nice! I know how busy you are but it helps to keep up to date with new things and gives us inspiration!

  14. Debbie says:

I would prefer blog posts at least a couple times per month but totally understand that time does not always allow this.

    Hi Liz,

Interesting you should ask for feedback on your blog. I find the blog interesting – just today I went back and reread the post on zipper ends. I look forward to hearing your ideas and posts of what you are doing. You are quite a creative soul – and I love to see the bags you have created in person when you are in Kelowna at Findlays in Orchard Plaza.

I don’t think there should be a rule about how often you post. I would hate to see you post just because you MUST post once per week.

I have enjoyed the how to videos – especially the one on using the binder attachment. I think I still need more practice with this gadget.

I would like to see Janome update the Canadian site with new content and education videos. I would like it if the site were more user friendly.

  16. Bev Leischner says:

I enjoy your posts very much Liz so hope you will keep them up as often as possible, especially when you have news of new Janome products and how to use them, or just to let us know what you and the other reps are doing or ideas you want to pass along to us.

  17. Cheryl Paul says:

I know that your time is limited, but I could handle a blog post everyday. I love to know what is happening in the Janome world and what our Educators are dreaming up that we can try. You do a great job! I love this blog post!

  18. Jen says:

More often than once a week 🙂 I like seeing new projects, directions. people, and ideas :)!
