QUILT BC 2013 IN PENTICTON…….SUMMER AND THE QUILTING IS EASY

Mc8900 summer

I was in Kelowna & Vernon last weekend for JANOME TEST DRIVES on our Memory Craft 8900; 8200 & 9900’s. The weather was unbelievably gorgeous: hot and sunny.  When I flew back to Vancouver late on Saturday night, I was greeted with pouring rain?! SO…. you can imagine how pleased I am to be BACK  in the beautiful warm & sunny Okanagan this week for Quilt BC.

SEE YOU AT THE PENTICTON CONVENTION CENTRE. Be sure to come and say Hi to us in the JANOME BOOTH  or in the JANOME sponsored classrooms. We love to meet you and hear about your quilting projects as well as answer any queries you might have.

Just a reminder that the MC8900 classroom machines  are for sale –  we cracked open BRAND NEW  boxes to set up the classrooms yesterday (Classroom machines sold during Quilt BC  may be collected at the close of the show). These machines will be available through LINDA’S QUILT SHOPPE in Kelowna so please drop by the JANOME booth in the Merchant mall or call the store if you are interested in purchasing one.  Please be aware that there are a limited number of these machines and if you snooze you may lose! Once they are all sold, that opportunity for a great QUILT BC deal on these Mc8900’s will be gone.

Here is a little info about the MC8900 – courtesy of the www.janome.com website:

The Ultimate Quilting Machine

With its 11 inches of bed space and the 9 mm wide stitches, the MC8900QCP is a quilter’s dream. We’ve been getting wonderful feedback from quilters who’ve had a chance to try it out–like how smooth the free motion quilting feels and how quiet the machine is. If you’re going to be spending a lot of time with your quilting machine (and we hope that’s your case), smooth and precise operation becomes a big deal.

The MC8900QCP comes standard with the AcuFeed Flex™ fabric feeding system, has 270 stitches, and can sew at 1,000 stitches per minute. It was designed to open up new possibilities for quilters at every skill level. You’ll be able to take on those ambitious projects your old machine just couldn’t handle because of lack of bed space, insufficient power, an inadequate feeding system, or other limitations.

For complete details go to our MC8900QCP/MC8200QC website.
