OK so I have been a busy little bee ……traveling all around Western Canada since the end of January. During most of those travels, I have been offering Test Drives on our fabulous JANOME HORIZON MC 15000 …… the premise being that most of us would not buy a new car without at least driving it around the block a few times to get the “feel” of the car……..and I think us sewers like to do this even more when we buy a new sewing machine: We like to sit down and SEW……..try-before-you-buy. SO, with this mind, we have been offering Test Drives at Janome Canada MC15000 Certified dealers (Look for the Mc15000 logo next to applicable dealers on our Dealer locator in the top right corner of http://www.janome.ca) AND it has certainly been a lot of fun. We have been making a simply gorgeous nougahyde/faux leather journal cover designed by Linda P from our Toronto office. THANKS, Linda…..the project is big hit.

Our JANOME MC15000 embroiders on the faux leather without so much as a hiccup…..no special needle needed ….. just sit down and embroider away. And then our ACUFEED FLEX foot is a complete breeze for sewing the buttonholes (for the tab) and constructing the rest of the journal cover. IMPRESSIVE.

Yes……. We can hear the question already: “Can we please get the instructions for this journal cover? ” We are happy to share the instructions for this project …….. but not yet.
