KELOWNA QUILT SHOW

I was able to attend the Kelowna Quilt Show last weekend while on a Janome road trip visiting dealers and customers in the BC Interior.  Maybe you will enjoy seeing some of the quilts I saw?

Once in a Blue Moon by Evelyn Schmaltz. The quilt was made for a challenge called "Its a Colourful Language"

Of course I was drawn to this quilt : "The Beauty of Africa" by Laurie Turik which was the result of a class taken many years ago with Liz Faminoff and finally completed. The rick colours add excitement and the large earrings add sparkle to the wall hanging

These 2 ladies were busy doing quilt demo's at the Quilt show and guess what machines they were sewing on?!
