Making the Most of Your Quilt Stitching
Those of you familiar with the Janome Look Book know that Artisan Cynthia Frenette made a splash with the Janome Serpentine stitch for quilting pillow tops and place mats. Now she shares a fresh table runner project using that same stitch.
Stitches, like accessories, give you the ability to enhance a project and give it personality. Often they can make for a time saving embellishment.
Cynthia made her table runner using the ultra-cheery Merry and Bright panel that she designed for Spoonflower. This panel provides the front, back AND binding bits for an all-in-one fabric selection (just add batting!).
With Holiday gift-making time fading fast, we’re all looking for quick tricks to finish up our gifts. Why not consider quilting a pre-made panel with the Serpentine stitch?
