I have a Janome 6500 and I love it. I have made at least 20 quilts on my machine and it is wonderful. Not sure why it took me so long to switch to Janome machines. Love them.
I finally found a pattern where I can make a queen size quilt from scraps. I save even the smallest piece of fabric and put them in the appropriate drawer according to size. Well I didn’t want to buy more material as I can 6 drawers of scraps. The quilt turned out great and has loads of colour. I bought my backing and now I’m ready to have it quilted. It is too big for me to tackle so I phoned my long arm lady and she will quilt it for me. Happy Days. My dealer if Johnson Sewing Centre in Edmonton, Alberta
I am using my Janome 6500 to make bowl holders and my janome 500e to make mug rugs this summer. I am finishing a latte quilt that I made with my Janome 350e, my dealer is Hines Sewing Center in Windsor, NS.
