We want to draw your attention to the Janome Flower Stitcher. This has been around for a long time and you may well have purchased one years ago? Is it now sitting at the back of one of your sewing drawers – forgotten and unused? Or maybe you have never heard of this neat attachment?
Now right at the start I need to tell you that this will NOT fit on any of our high shank machines – both 7mm or 9mm wide models. This attachment ONLY works on LOW shank Janome and Elna machine models. Part # 202-261-003 or AD- Flowerpack which includes a useful colour booklet with instructions and creative ideas. Yes, we have something for low shank machines that the bigger high shank machines don’t have! Please don’t ask for a flower stitcher for high shank models as it is not available. I’m not a 100% sure why but I believe this is due to a technical/design reason.
Sew4home have a great article on this attachment which we highly recommend: Check it out here.
Are you going to go dig out that clever little piece of equipment and get creating?
Are you going to call your local Janome dealer to see if they have one in stock?
If you don’t have a LOW shank Janome sewing machine, your Janome dealer will be happy to show you one…….just saying!
Hello,
Am I able to buy this attachment in Australia? I hve a Skyline S7 so am not sure whether it will fit on my machine.

Hi,
No, it will not fit on the S7 as that is a HIGH shank machine. This attachment is only for low shank models.
Please see my previous reply to your other comment about contacting Janome in Australia.

Hi
No, I don’t believe so…. as stated in this post. This flower stitcher has been around for a long time and if it was technically/design possible for it to be made for high shank machines, I am sure they would already have done so. I do believe it has something to do with the height/operation of the flower stitcher. It only works when it can be attached to the shank in a LOW position. But as already said in the post, I am not 100% sure why but it is definitely not available for high shank models. Sorry, it is what it is.
