Saturday Sewing: Looking for inspiration and quilting “eye candy”?

Then look no further as we have good news for you today: Tamara Kate’s new project for Janome is now posted to our website under the Inspire Tab.

Here is the link:  www.janome.ca

I’m not going to tell you much about this beautiful quilt called “Stand Tall” as all the info and how to is contained in the PDF Tutorial that Tamara has written to share with us. Just click here to access this.

You may have already noticed a theme emerging?   …..a sneak peek at an embroidered  peacock wall hanging last weekend, and more coming on this tomorrow in Sunday Sewing (including a  video)……WHAT IS the Janome Canada Ed team up to? Mmmmm……….well you are going to need to be patient as I am waiting for more quilt blocks to come in from our Ed team and, when they are all in,  we will start assembling the quilts. We plan to make video’s and give you as much information about what went into the making of our Peacock and Lotus flower quilts. Here is sneak preview of just one of the blocks:

In the meanwhile, you have the full story on this lovely Stand Tall quilt from Tamara. Enjoy!

What is under your needle today with your Saturday sewing? Post to instagram with  #janomecanada and/or #janomelife so we can see.
