Unless you are signed into Instagram ie have an account, you will not be able to watch the Instagram Live broadcast. Sorry.
However, we did record the presentation but there has been an unavoidable delay in getting the video edited and processed due to a family medical emergency (thankfully not Covid19). Please be patient. We will post it as soon as we are able to do so. You can watch Instagram for updates or keep a watch on our Janome Life You Tube channel where the video will be posted once it is ready.

Good Morning, I clicked on the website in the Instagram Live Today email. I went to another website but could not find anywhere where I could watch the live feed. I went on at 10:00am Pacific time but all I got was the picture of the torn jeans. Can you tell me if there is something I am not doing, and where I can go now to watch the video? Hi,
The Instagram Live is only live at the time of the session – ie Tuesday this week at 11am Mountain, 1pm Eastern etc. When the presentation is over, the Live feed closes. We did record the presentation but there has been an unavoidable delay in getting the video edite and processed due to a family medical emergency (thankfully not Covid19). Please be patient. We will post it as soon as we are able to do so. You can watch Instagram for updates or keep a watch on our Janome Life You Tube channel where the video will be posted once it is ready. Best idea is to set a reminde ron your phone for about 10 minutes before the Instagram Live and then you will be alerted and can tune in.
You need to be signed in to Instagram so you’d have to have an Instagram account. Simply search for Janome Canada and you will see our logo in top left corner. While we are LIVE it has a sort of sparkly/highlighted border around our logo. Just click on that logo & you are in and can watch.

I went on instagram before I asked if there was a url. It would have helped if you’d mentioned which name it was going to be under in your first post.
