Update on what’s currently happening here at Janome Canada

We are continuing to offer you daily janomelife posts – right here – with good sewing, quilting and embroidery info, project ideas, resources, fun things as well as assistance to get the Janome things you need during this time. We have stepped up the number of posts we do to keep you sewing away happily and because we can’t currently meet with you face to face at shows & at Dealer’s stores.

Have you been watching our Instagram Lives on Janome Canada’s Instagram page? We hope so as we have been having a lot of fun telling you lots of good things that will keep you occupied with “everything sewing”.  This week we are doing an Instagram Live TODAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY – same time 10am Pacific/11am Mountain/1pm Eastern.

Today 20th: Janomeman is on Instagram Live with Serger maintenance: cleaning, oiling etc – an essential part of happy “sergery”.

Wednesday 22nd : Janomegirl will show how to use your serger to do easy-ca-peasy gathering.

Friday 24th: Janomeman is back to show how to do serger rolled hems.

How do I tune in to these Instagram Live presentations? Click this link for step by step of how to watch.  (Just scroll down past the fringe flowers to see the info about how to watch us live).

If you have been watching our Instagram Live presentations OR watching afterwards when we post these video’s to our Janome Life You Tube channel, then you may remember us mentioning that there is no need to get out of your PJ’s?! Yes, you can contact your local Janome Dealer (one who is open to online and phone queries) and ask them how you can have a new machine drop shipped to your door.  Then, just answer your  door bell, open the box and get sewing!! That is our current Janome Canada Promotion – our Drop Ship Sale. Do hurry though as a little birdie told me that we are already selling out of certain models and some of our dealers are SUPER busy shipping machines every day. Call your dealer who will explain how this works.

This brand new machine is now available for purchase. You dealer can assist you with pricing although there is a link to the flyer in this post (below) – which gives the sale pricing.

Here is a link to the flyer for this current Janome Canada promo.

And here is a list of authorized Janome Continental M7 dealers in Canada – should you wish to purchase one of these incredible machines.

You can also call or email your dealer for any items they have instore: Zippers? elastic? fabric? Janome feet and accessories? Thread? Many of them are shipping or doing curbside pick up. Sorry, we are not sure if all our dealers are offering this. If you cannot get hold of someone to assist you, let us know in the comment box below and we will try our best to put you in touch with a dealer who can help you. Please don’t get frustrated. Let us know and we will do our best to help you within the constraints of what we are all having to live with right now.

That drop ship truck could be heading your way real soon!

Happy sewing!

We did a post very recently on how to clean out and oil your machine: ont forget teh Bobbin area on 24th March. Here is the link: https://janomelife.wordpress.com/2020/03/24/dont-forget-the-bobbin-area/. This post explains the top loading bobbin machines. Dont think we had the Threadbanger model in Canada so I’m not sure about that one.

Hi. Have you heard if there are any plans to make the 9450 or 15000 workbooks available for purchase as a downloadable PDF, or iBooks, or Kindle file format? Thank you, Dan Cottis
