    I love my Janome machines. However, I prefer to purchase from an authorized dealer rather than through TSC. I have not had much customer service satisfaction in the past.

      Hi Sue,

      And you are, of course, more than welcome to continue to do so. However, there are many consumers who (1) live very far away from any of our dealers or (2) prefer to buy online or (3) are currently house bound and may have not been able to contact a dealer near them (many of our Dealers are still operating behind closed doors but some, sadly, are not). So we are merely giving more options to people wanting to purchase a Janome to sew on at this time while we are all still encouraged to stay home.
