Hi Brenda,
I don’t think there is much that you are going to be able to do. We have been posting reminders since last Friday that today was the last day to apply. Janome America administers this program and they have closed for the weekend (Eastern time zone) Pretty sure that is why the form is no longer active. You can send an email to Customer relations but it will be up to them what they do next week. custrel@janome-america.com

Will Artistic work with my Janome MC9900 machine?

YES, absolutey Artistic Digitizer will work with the MC9900. It works with any of our Janome embroidery machines as well as other brand machines too.
