As promised, here is the schedule of our Instagram Live topics for this week on our JANOME CANADA instagram page. 10am Pacific/11am Mountain /1pm Eastern as usual.
Today, Monday 25th May – Celine will be talking about the Janome Coverhem machines. Today she will show threading of a coverhem machine as well as coverhem stitches sticthed with different types of thread.
Wednesday 27th May – Celine will tell us more about Janome Coverhem machines. showing samples and she will stitch a hem using the Coverhem Guide and also demo the sewing guide and clear foot.
Friday 19th May – Celine will show some more Coverhem accessories such as the elastic attachment; piping foot, cording foot , etc.

There really has to be an easier way to find out how to connect with your videos. I am always here on time and chasing around for a way to connect to the live videos with Janome. Can’t you just post a link and let us sign
in when it is time for the video. I wanted to watch this video very bad, but I have not found a way to connect. Everything I try just leads me back to the page announcing when the live video is.

There is no sign in system. Neither Facebook Lives nor Instagram Lives work that way. I have repeatedly posted step by step information of how to tune in to the Instagram Lives we have been offering. I am sorry if you missed these helpful instructions. Please read this post https://wp.me/pWsKp-6Pi – scroll down and we have a step by step of how to watch the Lives.
We have also saved the video’s to our Instagram story where it was available for 24 hours after each Live (That was the limit set by Instagram). We have also posted most of these videos to our You Tube Janome Life channel where they are available anytime to view under the Instagram Live playlist. The video for the Coverhem Instagram Live yesterday did start late due to technical difficulties. We do apologize for that but the video has been available to watch since the Live finished yesterday on the new IGTV feature offered by Instagram. Just go to the Janome Canada page on Insatgram and you will see it clearly. It is the second photo marked with a little IGTV icon. Instagram changed how they operate recently so the videos are available to watch AFTER the Live for as long as we leave it there on our page.
I realize you are frustrated and disappointed but we have honestly tried very hard to make as much information available to people like yourself as we know how. Please follow the information in the first link above hopefully you will get it right to watch Celine tell us more about Coverhem machines tomorrow and Friday. But do know you CAN watch it afterwards on IGTV AND on You Tube.

I’m so disappointed! I can’t find the Instagram Live anywhere. It’s 1:17 p.m. Eastern time and it was supposed to start at 1. I’m trying to watch on my PC (Windows, Chrome browser). I’m in Instagram. Following Janome Canada. It’s not in highlights, not in IGTV, not in posts. Where can I find it???

Heidi, I replied to you on Facebook and on Instagram where you sent the same messages. We started late today – just after 1.15pm due to technical difficulties for which we apologize. But, as always, we record the Live and it was posted to our IGTV and will eventually also be posted to our Janomelife You Tube channel as well – so plenty opportunity for you to watch. All was not lost although I realize you were disappointed at the tine.
