Were you on a Instagram? And if so, were you trying to get the Live on the Janome Canada page or @janomeHQ page? Jnaomeman was doing the Live on @JanomeHQ. All the Lives are stored for ongoing watching on IGTV on this same @janomehq page and later will be on You Tube under same name.
