This ITY knit is so lovely and soft and draped. It was sold as a larger circle with a hole already cu tin the middle. The hole was slightly off centre so I think the intention was to use it for a high/low hemline. LITERALLY all I had to do was sew a circle of elastic in the hole for the waistline. I chose not to hem it at all as ITY knit is so soft and won’t unravel. Would you believe it if I told you that I paid a mere $2 for this skirt? There was another colour way of the same print so I now have 2 new skirts for less than $5 and maybe 20 minutes of sewing. Win-win.
