Announcing SPECIAL pricing on our Artistic Digitizer software

You may have been enjoying a wonderful opportunity to try out our Artistic Digitizer software since the beginning of October? Free access to the software will expire soon. If you are considering purchasing the software so that you can continue to have a whole lot more creative embroidery fun, we are pleased to announce that we have a limited time offer of special pricing…..available at participating Janome Canada dealers.

A couple of things:

  • If you own the software –  or purchase it during this special pricing offer –  you may not be aware that we have been offering online hands-on embroidery software classes through participating Janome Canada dealers this month. We are well into the first series of Artistic Digitizer classes but we will, for sure, offer these again in January. You can be assured that these classes, as well as bunch of other resources we already offer, will assist you to maximize  the potential and features of this incredible user friendly software. Please ask your Janome Canada Dealer if they will be hosting these classes in January. We already have dates and times set for 3 parts of 3 hours long = 9 hours of expert software teaching. Don’t miss out next time around!
  • You may have had a wonderful time exploring the software and really would love to purchase Artistic Digitizer. Perhaps $899 CAD is not possible for you at this time? Please speak to your dealer about the Artistic Digitizer Junior package of software. The Junior version does not have special pricing, nor does it offer the full program of features you have been recently enjoying playing with: It offers auto digitizing with no manual digitizing features. However, it does give a lower price option for a program with less features. Please discuss this with your dealer.

      Hi Cheryl-Ann,
      I’m sorry but you are too late. Applications for the free trial were advertised and promoted extensively in late September and were open from 1st – 15th October. That offer has expired.

    Hi, Liz. I bought the bullet today and bought the Artistic Digitizer from Triangle sewing. I was going to install it tonight but got to wondering if the software for the “demo” period is still on the machine, can I just go ahead and install the purchased one? Will there be a conflict with the one I just purchased? Or should I just wait and install it after the demo program runs out on the 7th?

      Hi Marsha,

      Very good question which is, unfortunately a bit “techie’ for me. You still have access to the software until Saturday so why don’t I contact Tech Support tomorrow and find out for you and then we can go from there? I think you can just switch the codes but not sure of the logistics. I know you could uninstall the free trial completely and then install your new software but I vaguely remember there was a way around that.

      Ok, Marsha, I have an answer for you already. Anne Hein, Software Specialist at Janome America says it is easy: you need to close the software. NOT just minimize but close the software completely. Then open the software key and LOG OUT. Once you have logged out, then input the new numbers/code and in the software key and then select activate.

      Anne tells me that she has put this all on the Artistic Digitizer Facebook Group with instructions in case something unexpected happens, she is also super quick at answering you if you send her a message on this Facebook group.

      Hi Monica,

      Yes, I am planning on doing some classes on the cutter. It has been in the storage locker for a while (my home office is very small) but it is on my To Do list to go collect that and work up some classes on Edge Cutter and Simple cut. In all honesty, the Artistic Digitizer contains the same features as Simple cut software. With my online class camera set up, I’m hoping to show you software screen as well as the cutter in action. Probably will be ready for late January or Feb. I will announce here on Janome Life and through our dealers where you will need to book. But don’t ask yet as they don’t have any info from me yet!

    I purchased the software after the last trial in spring, albeit at a higher price than this time around. I am now taking the 3-2hr classes through my dealer. You are saying there will be 3-3hr classes in January, so how will they be different than what I am doing now?

      Hi Monica,
      The classes in January will be the same content although obviously classes vary due to the questions which get asked each time which may be different. But Part 1,2 and 3 are same content and exercises. This online class format is a totally new concept and we are making improvements as we see the need for them.
      We decided to extend the class to 3 hours merely to allow for more time for trouble shooting and questions.
      She will work on a Part 4 and 5 but that won’t be available until February or March.
