How to transfer from the Free trial code for Artistic Digitizer to the new code in your purchased box of Artistic Digitizer

So we have had fun playing with the Artistic Digitizer free trial during October. That access ends tomorrow. Aaaaahhhhhh.

However, if you decided to purchase Artistic Digitizer and now need to get your new purchased code (in the box) up & running, here is some “how to” info.

You do NOT need to uninstall the software you installed with the free trial code. Please follow the instructions below. These same instructions have also been posted to the Artistic Digitizer Facebook group…..which you will probably want to join if you have not already done so. There is TONS of support and info there for you to access.

For continuing support, go to:

  • The Artistic Digitizer Facebook Group
  • Right here on Janome Life (eg there will be another post tomorrow about how to tweak an existing design using Artistic Digitizer….and more in the works!)
  • Your local Janome Dealer where you purchased the software.
  • Online classes offered by the Janome Canada Education team through your Janome Canada dealer. We are re-running Artistic Digitizer parts 1,2 and 3 in January through participating dealers (we have run these classes 3 times already during October & November)

    hey i reinstalled my windows without logging out of the product key app.
    What should I do now to activate my product.
    “already installed on another computer”. This is what i’ve been getting😢😢.Please try to help, can’t seem to get a solution:(
