HI Brenda, there’s a couple of ways you can do it depending on which device you’re using. Fill out the form and copy and paste in a new e-mail; print the form, fill in by hand, scan and e-mail; take a picture of the completed form then e-mail. I hope that helps. Please e-mail classes@janome-canada.com if you need further assistance. We’d love to see you in class!

Good Morning:
I have just purchased the Janome 9450 and am having trouble finding somebody who has the WORKBOOK THAT I CAN USE TO FAMILIARIZE MYSELF WITH THIS MACHINE. Is there any way you could let me know how I can get a copy of this workbook. My Dealer says it is on order, but there is no way of knowing when it will arrive. I really would like to make use of it now, since my machine is new.
If you could help me in any way I would really appreciate it.
Thanks so much, just thought I would try this avenue in the hope that I would have some luck.
Happy Day to you,
Joyce OâConnell,

Congratulation on your fabulous new machine, Joyce! The workbooks are indeed very popular. You could try phoning a few dealers to see if any have one in stock they could perhaps ship to you. I just checked with our warehouse and new order is expected to arrive in a few weeks.
Be sure to check previous post on Janome Life; there’s many posts on the MC9450 to help get your started. Thank you for sharing the Janome love!
