I currently own the AD Jr. software & have ordered the upgrade the the full version. It has been several weeks now since the order was placed, & yes I do appreciate the fact that we are in the midst of a global pandemic; which leads to my question. Why can’t this upgrade be done via the Internet on the creator website? Waiting to receive a CD & pass code seems archaic in comparison to today’s technology.

Hi Pat, the software upgrades are factory sealed and shipped globally. There’s many reasons Janome has chosen to continue this process, but with technology changing so rapidly, who knows, anything is possible down the road. We do pass along the feedback! The pandemic has indeed slowed the supply-chain, though Janome is doing it’s best to close the gap, and we are seeing some headway. Yay! Thank you for sharing the Janome Love, Happy Sewing!

I am very new to embroidery and would like to know what the digitizer program can do. I’m a very visual person so would love to see a demonstration on how this program works
