HI Hinke! Our arrangement with Sew4Home is that these embroidery designs are only available exclusively to our Janome Canada dealers. It’s up to them how they choose to distribute them. Perhaps if you were in the market to purchase a new embroidery machine, or purchase a bunch of threads, and/or stabilizers, for example, they may “throw them in” as they’re free designs. Again, it’s up to the dealers if they choose to participate and how they wish to supply to the designs. All the dealers were sent all the information, including a link to the embroidery files. Do you have another dealer in your area who may be able to assist? You can use the “Where to Buy” tab on Janome.CA to find all the dealers in your area. Happy Sewing!
