Celine is normally LIVE every Tuesday at 3pm EST on the Janome Sewing Machines Facebook page, but there was a little mix-up, so instead, Celine will be presenting the very fun, fabulous Flower Stitcher FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2021 at 3pm EST!!!
Celine will be back LIVE in her regular Tuesday timeslot the following week (November 23rd)
Spinning around in circles has never been sew fun! We’re in for a treat today as Celine shares with us the secrets of the Janome Flower Stitcher – a very special foot which Janome has had a number of years, but for LOW SHANK machines, only.
If you own a high shank machine and are considering a secondary machine for classes, travel, etc. perhaps consider a low shank machine, like the Janome 5300QDC machine so you get the best of both worlds! To determine if your machine is high or low shank, lower the presser foot and measure up to the small screw which attaches the foot holder to the machine. If it’s approximately 1/2″ it is low shank. If it’s approximately 1 – 1 1/4″ it’s high shank.

Click the Products tab, then scroll down to find “View all Accessories“. Click there to access the Search Box or to scroll through the pages to find the accessories you’d like. Click on the picture/description to find the Part Number and machine compatibility. Though your machine model may not be there, you can still find compatible accessories by which category of machine you have. And, as always, check with your fabulous Janome Dealer!

The flower stitcher looks like so much fun. I’m guessing I could use it on my DC 6030? It wasn’t on the list of models that are compatible for the flower stitcher. It’s a low shank machine so I assume I can.

The M7 is not included on the Janome accessories guide linked in this email. Do you have an updated version so I can see which accessories will work with my new M7? Thanks for checking into this. Tanis Thompson
