Celine is back LIVE every Tuesday at 3pm EST on the Janome Sewing Machines Facebook page for an entire month of sewing fun and education to help you get the most from your Janome machine!
Today, Celine will show you how to make a centerpiece for your Holiday table, just in time for Christmas! Though Celine often demonstrates on more advanced 9mm machines, like the Janome MC 9450QCP, or Janome Continental M7, many of the optional specialty presser feet and attachments Celine demonstrates are available for a wide range of Janome machines. The techniques themselves, can also often be done on a variety of machines, be it 5mm or 7mm; high or low shank. Everyone can share in the Janome Love!

I thought when I got the Skyline 6 I have a really nice sewing machine but I see nothing made on them, why?

Oh the Skyline S6 is a fabulous machine! Among the many features, it’s the first in the Skyline line with the AcuFeed feeding system! We educators are subject to the same supply and demand issues as everyone, so unfortunately, we all don’t have access to all the machines we’d like, especially when working from home. Though a project, presser foot, or technique may be demonstrated on another machine, like the MC9450, or Continental M7, for example, unless it’s very machine specific, it can be done on a variety of other machines, as well. The Skyline S6 is a high shank, 9mm, Easy Set machine, so any presser foot, attachment, or project which features any of those components can be done on your machine, as well. Happy Sewing!
