Janome Quilt Along! – Introduction including supply list

Part 1 – Part 2Part 3Part 4

Today we will be constructing Log Cabin blocks.

An accurate quarter inch seam is very important when constructing a log cabin block if you want it to end up the correct size.

I get the most accurate 1/4″ seam when using my Janome HP foot and needle plate on my Janome 9450QCP. You may however get your most accurate 1/4″ seam with a different foot whatever machine you have.

You can find all the 1/4 Inch Seam Presser Feet Options here in the Janome Accessory Catalogue.

Make sure to watch the video for more helpful tips.

Don’t forget to post your progress on social media.
