It’s been a l-o-n-g wait, but YES! The Janome Sewing and Learning Centre is finally OPEN to welcome our fabulous Janome fans and loyal users.
If you’re in the Oakville, ON area, mark your calendar to choose a date and time which works for you:
- Wednesday, November 2nd
- 9:30-11:30am OR 1-3pm OR 6-8pm
- Thursday, November 3rd
- 9:30-11:30am OR 1-3pm
Our first event is “Sew with the CM17“, Janome’s new flagship top-of-the-line machine which has created quite a buzz in the industry. Looking at the machine, it’s easy to see why! It boasts the largest embroidery hoop of 11×18.2”!
Apart from its size, there’s many fabulous new features which debut on this machine, so now is YOUR chance to experience them for yourself!
We have 6 machines, so space is limited to 12 people max, with 2 per machine. All materials will be provided for you to stitch out a sample of the fabulously fun NEW Mirage stitches and Hand Stitch Style stitches. If you’ve ever wanted to do Free Motion or Ruler Quilting, but were afraid to try, now is your chance to quilt with confidence using the NEW A.S.R. (AcuStitch Regulator) with the industry-first Ruler Work foot for a stitch regulator.

I can’t wait to test drive the CM17.
