When possible, we’ll also try to answer questions LIVE, so tune in to join in the FUN while we learn about all things Janome.
“Ask Janome HQ” will be presented every other week. We’ll still be presenting our very popular, ongoing series “Janome’s Magical Machine Mystery Tour” in the alternate weeks, so be sure to FOLLOW us so you don’t miss a post!
Don’t worry if you can’t make the LIVE presentation, though. They’ll be stored in the IGTV icon on the Janome HQ Instagram Page and later posted as videos on the Janome HQ You Tube channel. If you can’t get into the App at all, make sure you have your smartphone or tablet and the Instagram App all updated to the latest version. Up until recently, I was able to screen record the Instagram LIVE presentations and make videos for the Janome HQ You Tube channel as not everyone has Instagram. I thought that would be a great way to try to share more of the Janome Love, but something changed in the software and I’m no longer able to do that, unfortunately. I’m looking at alternative solutions, so stay tuned!

I am really interested in purchasing the Janome Travelmate 30 (little red) but have been told that it is only available in the USA. Will it be coming to Canada?

Great question! Though the Janome Travel Mate 30 is a cool looking machine, Janome Canada distributes the C30, which has VERY similar features. It’s just not red, unfortunately.
So no, there are no plans to bring the TM30 to Canada. Sorry!
