NEW Project Pairings from Sew4Home!

It’s a new year and our friends at Sew4Home.Com have several new projects for you, no matter which fabulous Janome sewing machine you have. If you’re looking to purchase a new machine or are thinking of upgrading, we have some suggestions for you paired with each project. Contact your Janome Canada dealer for details and a test drive of the various machines to find the right one for you.

Lightweight Infinity Scarf + Janome Sewist 709

The infinity scarf is an endless loop of loveliness you can twist into lots of interesting shapes. Dress it up or down to suit any outfit or occasion. Best of all, it’s very beginner friendly, which makes it a perfect project to pair with one of our favorite entry level Janome models: the Janome Sewist 709. Nine of the most popular everyday stitches are built in, including a four-step buttonhole. The adjustable foot pressure is a must-have when working with lightweight fabrics, like the rayon we used. And there’s a free-arm – great when sewing in a circle!

Featured Accessories: Quarter Inch Seam Foot (optional for edge stitching).

Appliquéd Apple and Pear Kitchen Towels + Janome 3160 QDC-T

With appliqués this fresh and fun, you’ll be tempted to take a bite out of these cute kitchen towels. There are free downloadable templates for the Apple and Pear designs; easy shapes, even if you’re brand new to appliqué. To insure your stitch precision is top-notch, we recommend the Janome 3160 QDC-T. This full-featured powerhouse comes with Janome’s SFS+ feeding system, giving you the even, stable feeding needed for appliqué, as well as topstitching and edge stitching. Two of our other favorite features on this model are the one-hand needle threader and the lock stitch button.

Featured Accessories: Open Toe Satin Stitch Foot or Appliqué Foot

HI Callie, Sew glad you liked this post. The link to the Sewing Caddy Pattern is at the END of that segment, just as the link to the Infinity Scarf is at the end of it’s segment and the link to the Applique patterns is at the end of it’s segment, just before the Sewing Caddy segment. We want you to read until the end of each segment, so put the link there, lol!
For your convenience. however, I’ve provided it here, as well. https://sew4home.com/multi-pocket-table-top-sewing-caddy/ Happy Sewing!
