It’s summertime, so the sewing is easy, allowing us more time to kick back and enjoy the beautiful weather while we have it.
Today Celine is back LIVE every Tuesday at 3pm EST on the Janome Sewing Machines Facebook page for an entire month of sewing fun and education to help you get the most from your Janome machine!
Celine will share with you tips to embroider a sweatshirt or hoodie and construction tips using the serger. Though Celine uses the Janome Continental M17, and will be using the Janome AT2000D air-thread serger, many of the same presser feet, stitches and techniques used in her projects can be found on many Janome machines.
For an embroidery combo machine, maybe you have a Janome Skyline S9. Many of the same features of the Janome Continental M17 can be found in the S9.
The same is true of Janome sergers; many of the same features in the top-of-the-line Janome AT2000D can be found in other models, such as the Janome FA4, which is the only serger in the Janome line with a free-arm for quick, easy seaming in the round. Great for attaching cuffs to little sleeves and leggings.
