Can this be used on the updated 9400

I think you already asked this question. No, it is embroidery software for hoop embroidery. Your Mc9400 is not an embroidery machine but you do have Stitch composer software included with your machine which you can use to make new stitches for your machine. And no, the Mc9450 is still not an embroidery machine.
How do i avail of the free trial offer for artistic digitizer please as I live in India? There is no Janome presence in India except for a dealer. I have a Janome 9900 and am looking at upgrading Jr V5 digitizer that came with my machine.
What we are promoting here is only for North America. You would need to contact the Janome office which looks after India to find out if a similar offer is being offered there. Sorry but I have no information on that. You may need to contact Janome in Japan for more information or ask your dealer to make enquiries with the place they order Janome machines. I’m sorry but it might be that this is not available for India.
I can’t seem to get a code Mary Foster — email@example.com
I think you misunderstand. PRE-registrations were open from Friday last week but they will only be sending out the codes from TOMORROW 1st October. You should receive yours within 48 hours of tomorrow. Please be patient. And you will only get it if you filled in the form online IN FULL and reside in North America.
I imagine this is just for embroidery machines?? I have a 9400. It would end be for the embroidery stitches on my machine would it? Many thanks. Katherine

Yes, you are correct. Artistic Digitizer is a software to create and edit hoop embroidery designs so would not be for the MC9400. The Stitch Composer software which comes with the MC9400 allows you to create new and more stitches for the Mc9400. We have done many Janome Life posts on Stitch Composer over the years. The most recent was in August when our Janome Canada artisan, Melissa Marginet, wrote a lovely post showing how she made a keeper for her knitting needles where she used stitch composer to make original and clever stitches to indicate the needle sizes and also a little knitting emblem for embellishment.
